Winter the Dolphin Canvas Print

Winter is a sweet dolphin, but she's still a wild animal. She's a celebrity too! This raft she's on is one of her favorite places to lay! She may be the only dolphin to lose her tail and survive. She lost her tail to a crab trap about three years ago, but she beat the odds, and not only survived but is thriving thanks to a prosthetic tail that allows her to swim all the while protecting her spine from injury. Winter also helps humans too the new gel used in Winter's tail is already widely available, helping a growing number of human patients around the world. She (of course) cannot be turned back out to the wild, so she has a forever home at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium where she's taken care of and lives with other dolphins.
